Welcome to Pizza Hut Malaysia. This Delivery Policy explains how we handle delivery and order fulfilment when you place an order through our website or app.

1. Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services in selected locations based on store availability. Delivery availability depends on your address and nearby Pizza Hut outlets.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically between 25 to 50 minutes, depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Distance from store
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic conditions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak hours or special promotions. Some orders may take longer to fulfil depending on the conditions above.

3. Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available for orders of RM50 and above (before discounts and additional fees). A delivery fee applies to orders below RM50. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  • The order is sent to the nearest store
  • Food preparation begins immediately
  • Delivery is arranged once the order is ready

5. Delivery Conditions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact details
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Delivery may be limited in certain areas outside our designated coverage radius

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No response from customer
  • Unreachable contact number

The order may be cancelled and charges may still apply.

7. Order Tracking

You can track your order in real time on the Pizza Hut app, from the moment it leaves our kitchen to when it arrives at your door. You may also receive updates via SMS, email, or app notifications regarding your order status.

8. Changes & Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it as preparation begins immediately.
