What's new on the website and app?
We've rebuilt our ordering experience from the ground up. Here's what's new:
- Live order tracking — Follow your order in real time, from the moment it leaves our kitchen to when it arrives at your door.
- Faster checkout — Fewer steps, less friction. Get from cart to confirmed order quicker than before.
- Better search — Find your favourite combos and promos directly from the search bar. No more digging around.
- Reorganised menu — Deals, combos, and promos now have a more prominent home in the menu so they're easier to browse and discover.
Is the app updated too, or just the website?
Both. The new experience is live on the website and the mobile app.
Your Account
Do I need to create a new account?
No, your existing account carries over. However, you will need to reset your password before logging in for the first time. You can do this via the login page.
I'm having trouble logging in, or I'd like to update my login email.

Why am I asked to verify my phone number?
We use your number to send you order updates and delivery notifications. It also helps us reach you if there's an issue with your order.
What happened to my order history?
Unfortunately, past order history couldn't be carried over to the new platform. If you need records of a previous order, reach out to us at pizzahut.com.my/contact and we'll do our best to help.
What happened to my saved addresses?
These have been migrated over. If anything looks off, let us know at pizzahut.com.my/contact.
Slices Loyalty
What happened to my Slices points?
Your Slices balance has been migrated. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact us at pizzahut.com.my/contact and we'll look into it.
How do I earn Slices on the new platform?
Same as before — every RM30 spent earns you 1 Slice.
How do I redeem my Slices?
You can redeem your Slices on the Rewards page or at checkout. The process hasn't changed.
New Member Coupons
What do I get as a new member?
When you create a new Pizza Hut account, you'll receive RM188 worth of coupons — exclusively for new members. Here's what's included:

How long are the new member coupons valid for?
All new member coupons are valid for 1 year from the date your account is created.
Where do I find my coupons?
Your coupons will be available in the Rewards section once you've registered and logged in.
Can I use more than one coupon per order?
No — only one coupon can be applied per order.
Vouchers & Coupons
Can I still use my existing vouchers or promo codes?
Yes, existing vouchers and promo codes are still valid. Just enter them at checkout as usual.
I had to cancel an order that used a coupon. How do I get my coupon back?
No action needed on your end — coupons are automatically reactivated within 1 business day after an order is cancelled.
Menu & Pricing
Has the menu or pricing changed?
No — the menu and pricing remain the same. You may notice new tactical promotions or limited-time offers from time to time, but nothing has changed on the core menu or regular pricing.
Delivery & Takeaway
Is my area still covered for delivery?
We've made some adjustments to delivery coverage. If you don't see your area available at checkout, please fill in our support form at pizzahut.com.my/contact and we'll look into it.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods are accepted?
All previously supported payment methods are still available. No changes there.

Order Limits
- A minimum order value of RM1.50 applies to all Delivery and Takeaway orders.
- The maximum order value per transaction is RM300. For larger orders, please contact our catering team at https://www.pizzahut.com.my/contact.
Delivery Coverage & Fees
- Free delivery is available for orders of RM50 and above (before discounts and additional fees).
- A delivery fee applies to orders below RM50. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery coverage is limited to areas within a designated radius around participating stores to ensure food freshness and quality upon arrival.
- Delivery may be fulfilled by Pizza Hut or through our third-party delivery partners.
Order Preparation & Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery and takeaway preparation times will be displayed at checkout.
- Actual delivery and food readiness times may vary depending on store volume, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Pizza Hut Malaysia Hut Rewards Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions
Introduction
- Hut Rewards is a loyalty programme by Pizza Hut, which provides benefits & privileges to our loyalty members. Customers must register as members ("Member") to enjoy the special privileges and earn "slices" on every RM30 spent at Pizza Hut Web or App (online) only.
- This Programme is applicable for ordering through Online only and is available on either the Pizza Hut Website or Pizza Hut App, which is currently available for iOS and Android.
- When you've earned enough Slices for a reward, you can choose to redeem them in exchange for the reward listed in the Hut Rewards Menu.
Membership
- To be a Member, you may register for free via Pizza Hut's Mobile App or Pizza Hut website at https://www.pizzahut.com.my/register.
- To register, you are required to provide an active mobile number that is valid in Malaysia, an email address, and other contact information as may be required by Pizza Hut from time to time (no prior record exists with Pizza Hut). Each mobile number and email address can be registered for one membership only. The same account can be used to log in to either Pizza Hut Web or Pizza Hut's Mobile App.
- Slices cannot be collected or accumulated if a different account login is used. *There is strictly no merging or combining of slices with different account logins.
- This membership is only applicable at Pizza Hut Malaysia outlets and can only be used in Malaysia.
- Membership (Rewards | Slices) is not transferable or exchangeable for different items or cash.
- Members should always update the registered contact details in the Membership Account to ensure that they do not lose their collected slices and rewards as well as to enjoy the full benefits of the Programme. To update personal details, Members can log in to their Membership Account by using their registered email and password on Pizza Hut's Mobile App or Pizza Hut Malaysia website.
Earning of Slices and Rewards Redemptions
- For every purchase with a minimum spend of RM30 or more, Members will earn ONE (1) "Slice". "Slice" will only be added into the Member's account after the transaction is completed, i.e., when the payment has been made (no cancellation).
- Members may earn the "slice" through Online (Pizza Hut's Web or Mobile App) or In-Store (Dine-In) transactions.
- Earning of "slices" is not applicable for Call-in Transactions, purchase of Pizza Hut's Cash Vouchers, Pizza Hut's Staff Vouchers/Meals, or any transactions involving other third parties such as FoodPanda or other participating merchants.
- Free items are redeemable for every Three (3), Six (6), Nine (9), and Twelve (12) "slice(s)" earned:
- 3 "Slices" – entitled to One (1) unit of Hut Poppers Sausages
- 6 "Slices" – entitled to One (1) unit of Melts Aloha Lover
- 9 "Slices" – entitled to One (1) unit of Krispy Wings Original (4 Pieces) or Creamy Carbonara Spaghetti
- 12 "Slices" – entitled to One (1) unit of Krispy Wings Original (6 Pieces) or Regular Favorite Pizza
- There is a minimum spend of RM1 required when redeeming rewards. This means you must add at least RM1 worth of items to your cart alongside your redeemed rewards to complete your order.
- These rewards CANNOT be redeemed as part of a Combo Meal.
- To redeem a reward, Members must log in to either Pizza Hut's Website or Pizza Hut's Mobile App to check the Free items available in the basket.
- Members may redeem a reward only for Online Delivery or Online Takeaway transactions.
- Redemption of rewards is not applicable for Dine-In Transactions, Walk-in Transactions, Call-in Transactions, purchase of Pizza Hut's Cash Vouchers, Pizza Hut's Staff Vouchers/Meals, or any transactions involving other third parties such as FoodPanda Deliveries.
- The deduction of Slices from the Member's Membership Account is based on the Free item reward redeemed.
- Members can check their slice balance in the Membership Account on Pizza Hut's Mobile App or website. We reserve the right to correct or amend the balance if an error occurred.
- The rewards collected in the Membership Account cannot be exchanged for cash.
- It is not possible to merge the "Slice" and/or rewards balances from more than one Membership account onto a single account.
- Any rewards redeemed or deducted from a Member's account are not refundable.
- The Programme allows a maximum of 4 rewards to be redeemed from a single transaction (based on the "Slice" availability).
- In the event Members find that the records are inaccurate, contact our Pizza Hut Customer Service Call Center at 1300-88-2525.
Limitations of Use of Membership
- The membership account cannot be transferred, exchanged, or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms.
- Pizza Hut reserves the right to refuse any application for Hut Rewards membership or to impose limitations in the event fraud or misconduct is involved.
Member Privacy
- Pizza Hut's Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.pizzahut.com.my/privacy. Pizza Hut will use all the information provided by the Member according to the Privacy Policy.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
Purchase of Cash Voucher and Digital eVoucher
- Cash Vouchers and Digital eVouchers are available for purchase via the official Pizza Hut website (www.pizzahut.com.my) and the Pizza Hut App.
- Vouchers can be purchased in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, with a minimum value of RM5 and a maximum value of RM20 per voucher.
- Accepted payment methods for voucher purchases include debit card, credit card, online banking, and e-wallets.
- All Cash Vouchers and Digital eVouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, or before the expiry date printed on the Voucher.
Delivery & Fulfillment
- Cash Vouchers will incur a delivery fee of RM6 and will be delivered within 3–4 working days.
- Digital eVouchers will be delivered within 1–2 working days via email in the form of a QR code or alphanumeric code.
Use of Cash Voucher and Digital eVoucher
- Valid for use at Pizza Hut Restaurants Malaysia, Pizza Hut App, and Web only.
- Not exchangeable for cash; no change will be given if the purchase value is less than the voucher value.
- Voucher is valid until the stated expiry date. No extensions or replacements will be provided.
- Only original physical cash vouchers will be accepted in-store.
- Multiple vouchers may be redeemed in a single transaction. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
- For online redemption: Digital eVoucher codes must be entered at the order page (for web) or basket page (for app) before checkout. Codes are case sensitive.
- Voucher cannot be used for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD orders must be paid in full cash.
- Redemption is subject to 6% service tax (SST) and 5% service charge where applicable.
Event/Workshop Participation Terms & Conditions
By registering for and/or participating in this event/workshop ("Event"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility & Registration
- Participation is open to all individuals who meet the age and/or other requirements stated in the Event details.
- Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Pizza Hut Malaysia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.
Event Participation & Liability
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by Event staff. Pizza Hut reserves the right to remove disruptive participants.
- Participants take part at their own risk. Pizza Hut is not responsible for injury or loss unless caused by gross negligence.
- "No-shows" will not be entitled to any refund.
Media & Publicity
- By attending, participants grant Pizza Hut Malaysia the right to use media taken during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.
Pizza Hut X SPayLater Football Campaign Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period
- This promotion is valid from 12 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 ("Campaign Period").
- This campaign will cease once all discounts have been fully distributed or upon expiry of the Campaign Period, whichever occurs earlier, unless otherwise amended or extended by Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd. ("Organiser") and/or Monee Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as SeaMoney Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.).
Eligibility
- This promotion is open to all SPayLater users.
- The promotion is available exclusively on the Pizza Hut Malaysia App and Website.
- The promotion is not valid for over-the-counter purchases, dine-in orders, or third-party delivery platforms.
Discount Mechanic
- Eligible users are entitled to one (1) RM10 automatic direct discount upon checkout when paying via SPayLater in a single transaction on the Pizza Hut Malaysia App or Website.
- The discount will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The campaign is capped at the first 10,000 successful redemptions during the Campaign Period.
- Users who do not select SPayLater as their payment method will not be eligible for the discount and will be charged the prevailing selling price.
Coca-Cola FIFA™ Promotional Design
- Coca-Cola FIFA™ promotional packaging and designs are available while stocks last and are subject to availability at participating outlets.
- Pizza Hut does not guarantee the availability of Coca-Cola FIFA™ promotional packaging throughout the Campaign Period.
Fraud & Abuse
- Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd. and Monee Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to reject, cancel, suspend, or disqualify any transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Any attempt to circumvent the campaign rules may result in disqualification from the promotion.
- In the event of any dispute arising directly or indirectly from this campaign, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding.
