This Return & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and order issues are handled when ordering from Pizza Hut Malaysia ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has started.

You may request cancellation by:

  • Contacting the store immediately
  • Calling customer support
  • Using website cancellation option

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders generally cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders already prepared
  • Orders out for delivery
  • Completed pickup orders
  • Customized orders

3. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept physical returns.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancelled before preparation
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items
  • Poor quality
  • Order not delivered

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via original payment method:

  • Cards: 5–10 days
  • Online: 3–7 days
  • Cash: store credit

6. Order Issues

Report issues within 24 hours.

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Issue description

7. Replacement Orders

Replacement may be offered depending on availability.

8. Refused Deliveries

Refund may not be issued for refused deliveries.

9. Changes to Policy
