Pizza Hut (MY) Hut Rewards Loyalty programme
1. Hut Rewards is a loyalty programme by Pizza Hut which providing the benefits & privileges to our loyalty members. Customer must register as member (“Member”) to enjoy the special privileges and earn “slices” on every RM30 spend at Pizza Hut Web or App (online) only.
2. This Programme is applicable for ordering through Online only and available for either Pizza Hut Web or Pizza Hut App, which is currently available for iOS and Android.
3. When you’ve earned enough Slices for a reward, you can choose to redeem them in exchange for the reward listed in the Hut Rewards Menu.
1.1 To be a Member, you may register for free via Pizza Hut’s Mobile App or Pizza Hut website at https://www.pizzahut.com.my/register
1.2 To register, you are required to provide an active mobile number that is valid in Malaysia, email address and other contact information as may be required by Pizza Hut’s from time to time (record does not exist in Pizza Hut before). Each mobile number and email address can be registered for one membership only. The same account are able to log-in to either Pizza Hut Web or Pizza Hut’s Mobile App.
1.3 Slices cannot be collected or accumulated if different account log-in is used. *There is strictly no merging or combined of slices with different account log-in.
1.4 This membership is only applicable at Pizza Hut’s Malaysia and can only be used in Malaysia.
1.5 Membership (Rewards | Slices) is not transferable; or exchangeable to different items or cash.
1.6 Member should always update the registered contact details in the Membership Account to ensure that members do not lose their collected slices and rewards as well as to enjoy the full benefits of the Programme. To update personal details, Member can log in to his/her Membership Account by using his/her registered email and password on Pizza Hut’s Mobile App or Pizza Hut Malaysia website.
2. Earning of Slices and Rewards Redemptions
2.1 For every purchased, with a minimum spending amounting of RM30 or more, Member will be earned ONE (1) “Slice”. “Slice” will only be added into Member’s account after the transaction is completed, i.e. when the payment has been made. (no cancellation).
2.2 Member may earn the “slice” through Online (Pizza Hut’s Web or Mobile Apps) transactions.
2.3 Earning of “slice” is not applicable for Dine-In Transaction, Walk-in Transaction, Call-in Transaction, purchase of Pizza Hut’s Cash Vouchers, Pizza Hut’s Staff Vouchers/Meals or any transactions involving other third parties such as Food Panda Deliveries or others participant merchants. If Member is unsure whether an item qualifies, please seek help from our Pizza Hut’s Customer Call Center.
2.4 FREE items will be able to redeem on every Three (3), Six (6), Nine (9 ) and Twelve (12) “slice(s)” earned in Member’s Membership Account.
2.5 These rewards CANNOT be redeemed as part of a Combo Meal.
2.6 To redeem a reward, Member must log-in to either Pizza Hut’s Website or Pizza Hut’s Mobile App to check on the Free items available at the basket.
2.7 Member may redeem a reward only for Online Delivery or Online Takeaway transactions.
2.8 Redemption of rewards is not applicable for Dine-In Transaction, Walk-in Transaction, Call-in Transaction, purchase of Pizza Hut’s Cash Vouchers, Pizza Hut’s Staff Vouchers/Meals or any transactions involving other third parties such as Food Panda Deliveries or others participant merchants. If Member is unsure whether an item qualifies, please seek help from our Pizza Hut’s Customer Call Center.
2.9 The deduction of slice from Member’s Membership Account is based on the Free item reward redeemed (3 slices, 6 slices, 9 slices, 12 slices) .
2.10 Member can check his/her slice balance in Membership Account on Pizza Hut’s Mobile App, or website. Member will be responsible for internet service charges, and we will not be liable for any failure of internet services. We reserve the right to correct or amend the balance in Member’s account if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred. If Member wishes to contest such correction or amendment to his/her account, please contact our Pizza Hut’s Customer Call Center at 1300-88-2525.
2.11 The rewards collected in Membership Account cannot be exchanged for cash. Redemption of rewards can only be made by using “Slice” earned from the same Membership Account. Member cannot transfer “Slice” or rewards to any other person.
2.12 It is not possible to merge the “Slice” and/or rewards balances from more than one Membership account onto a single account.
2.13 Any rewards redeemed or deducted from Member’s account is not refundable.
2.14 The Programme allows a maximum of 4 rewards to be redeemed from a single transactions (based on the “Slice” availability).
2.15 In the event Member finds that earning of “Slice” and records of rewards are inaccurate, Member may contact to our Pizza Hut Customer Service Call Center at 1300-88-2525.
3. Limitations of Use of Membership
3.1 The membership account cannot be transferred, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms.
3.2 Pizza Hut’s reserve the right to refuse any application for Hut Rewards membership or to impose limitation on the usage of the Membership if in the event Pizza Hut’s believe the elements of fraud, misconduct or unauthorized use is involved in the transaction.
