What is No-Touch Delivery?

No-Touch Delivery is an optional delivery service available for customers who prefers to have the products delivered while minimising direct physical contact with the Rider

Our rider will contact you via phone, and you will specify the drop-off location

Your order will be placed at your doorstep or a requested location

Rider will be standing 1 meter away to observe until you pick up your food

Only cashless payment to minimise contact

How to Request for No-Touch Delivery

  1. Place your ‘Delivery’ order on Pizza Hut App or Website as usual
  2. At Checkout page, select cashless payment (Credit Card Or Maybank2u)
  3. At Checkout page, select the option of ‘No-Touch Delivery’ by checking the box.
  4. When rider is on the way, you will be contacted via phone call to obtain your preferred location to place the food
  5. When rider arrived, you will be notified via phone call
  6. Rider will be standing 1 meter away to observe until you pick up your food

  2. This service is only applicable for online orders (not applicable for orders via call)

No-Touch Online Takeaway is an optional takeaway service available for customers who prefers to pre-order their product online and come forward to the store to pick up the product while minimising direct physical contact with the store personnel.

Our staff will contact you via phone, when your order is ready for collection

Your order will be placed at a designated place in the outlet, for you to pick up

Only cashless payment to minimise contact

  1. Place your ‘Online Takeaway’ order on Pizza Hut App or Website as usual
  2. At Checkout page, select cashless payment (Credit Card Or Maybank2u)
  3. At Checkout page, select the option of ‘No-Touch Online Takeaway’ by checking the box.
  4. When your order is ready, our staff will contact you via phone to inform you
  5. Your food order will be placed at a designated place in the outlet, ready for your collection
