How do I update my Hut Rewards password?

A:

1. Click here to reset your password.

2. You will be asked to type in the email address you use for your Hut Rewards account. We will send a temporary code to that email account.

3. Once you’ve received the email simply enter the code in the Reset Code Box and choose a new secure and unique password.

Do I have to pay for the membership?

A:

Nope! You do not need to pay anything for the membership. You can just register ass a Pizza Hut’s member at our Pizza Hut’s Website or Pizza Hut’s Mobile App.

How does the Hut Rewards work?

A:

It’s all very simple. You earn One (1) Slice for every RM30 spent, with any qualifying online order (delivery and self - collection, only). When you’ve earned enough Slices for a reward, you can choose to redeem them in exchange for the reward listed in the Hut Rewards Menu.

Q:

I Spent RM59.00 on my last order, how many Slices will I earn?

A:

Unfortunately, you earn One (1) Slice. Slices are given in groups of RM30. If you spent RM60.00, you would earn Two (2) Slices.

Q:

Are both Dine-in Pizza Hut Restaurants and Delivery Pizza Hut taking part in this loyalty programme?

A:

This Hut Rewards loyalty programme applies only to Online Order- Delivery or Self-Collection only via Pizza Hut’s Website or Pizza Hut’s Mobile App. Sadly, you can’t earn and redeem Slices at our Dine In Pizza Hut Restaurants (yet!) or by going to the Pizza Hut delivery store and placing an order. Do Note, the Hut Rewards only applicable for Online Delivery Or Self-Collection only.

How do I get my free One (1) Slice?

A:

Once you Register for Hut Rewards members from01stOctober 2019, you will automatically get a free One (1) slice without any amount of spending is require. *Do note, the slice will expire after three (3) months from the date you enrolled on the membership account.

I don’t think my account has updated with my last order?

A:

We refresh your account balance every transaction made or maximum at 24 hours. If your Slices are still not showing up, please contact our Customer Service team at 1300-88-2525


Q:

What rewards can I get as a Member?

A:

You can choose to redeem the rewards based on the “Slices” available in your account.

  • 3 slices available – 1 unit of Sides available in the menu.
  • 6 slices available – 1 unit of Wings available in the menu
  • 9 slices available – 1 unit of either Pizza or Pasta
  • 12 slices available – 1 unit of Favorite or Supreme Pizza

How do I redeem the rewards?

A:

To enjoy the rewards, choose the items you prefer and add into the basket top confirm on the redemption of the reward. Once confirmed, the slices will be deducted based on the rewards you have choose.

For Example, total 12 slices available and I choose to redeem the Pasta at the slices required 9 Slices. Once confirmed, a total of 9 Slices will be deducted in your account and remaining balance is at 3 slices.

Can I redeem more than one reward at one time/ in a single transaction?

A:

Yes! You may use redeem up to 4 maximum rewards, based on the slices available.

Q:

How can I check my balance of Slices and Rewards available to redeem?

A:

They are all in your Pizza Hut’s Account! You can either log-in to check via Web or App.

Q:

Will my slices expire?

A:

Yes! In three (3) months, starting from the date that you earned your slices. This is a rolling time frame, which means that if you earn them in September 30th 2019, then it will expire on December 30th 2019.

Q:

What do I do when I didn’t receive a Slice or the balance is not updated?

A:

It could be delay due to internet connection. Make sure your internet connection on your mobile phone is stable. Then, refresh or close the Website or App and reopen again to check on your balance.

What do I do when I didn’t receive a slice after 24 hours?

A:

Get in touch with our Pizza Hut Customer Service at 1-300-88-2525
