Step 6: Turn on your GPS to locate your address, or enter your address at the top. Click “Confirm Location” to proceed. If your address is not found, kindly call 1300-88-2525

1: What is the minimum supporting version for IOS/Android?

2: Why can I not search for my delivery address?
After entering your street address you can move the RED pin on the map to find your exact location. If this issue still persists, kindly call 1300-88-2525.
3: How do I view the prices of all items?
Sorry but we need to know where you are so we can provide the pricing for your local store. This means you need to sign in or select how you would like to order (Delivery or Collection) and let us know where you are.
4: How do I know my order has been placed?
At the end of the order you will see a confirmation screen and if you wait a couple of minutes you will also receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.
5: How do I check my order status?
Click on Order Tracker from the home page (desktop only) and enter your order number or email. Alternatively you can click through the Order Tracker from your confirmation email.
6: How much time does it take to arrive after ordering?
We aim to Delivery within 30 minutes but this can take a little longer when we are busy. We suggest logging into your account and clicking on Order History tab to check the approximate time of delivery for your order.
7: What payment methods are available via web ordering & mobile app ordering?
At the moment we accept cash payment, Maybank2U or local credit cards for online payment. Note that we regularly review our payment methods and these may change in future.
8: Is Pizza Hut delivery services available across Malaysia?
Our delivery services cover Peninsular & East Malaysia. Click on Delivery and search for your address to find if your local hut can deliver to you. If not you can always Collect your pizza from one of our Huts to bring home.
9: What are your operating hours?
Delivery operating hours mostly vary by location, most of our Huts operate from 10.30 am to 11.00 pm
10: What is the delivery fee & minimum purchase?
There is no delivery fee but we do have a minimum purchase of RM20 for delivery to be available.
11: What if my order has some missing items?
Kindly call 1300-88-2525 to inform our customer service agent and rectify your situation.
12: Do all Pizza Hut Restaurants have the same menu?
Unfortunately not, our Delivery menu has fewer items compared to our sit down Restaurant menu. This is because some items are available exclusively for dine-in only to ensure our high quality standards are maintained. Prices vary by location. Click on View all deals to find out our menu items.
13: The menu prices inclusive of SST?
No, all menu prices shown are exclusive of SST. This is added on to your total in the cart.
14: Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
