1. How do I register?
New user
  • Create an Online Ordering account. Enter your full name, email address (the email address is your username), password, contact number, birth date and click Register.
  • You will receive an email from Pizza Hut to activate your account.
  • To activate your new account, click on the link in the email. If the link doesn't work, try copying and pasting it into your address bar (located at the top of your window).
  • Once you've activated the account, you can login and start ordering.
Existing user from the previous Pizza Hut Online Ordering
  • Enter your existing username in the Online Ordering page.
  • Due to the recent upgrade, a profile update is required. Please enter your email address as the new username. You will use this to log-in into Pizza Hut.
  • Login and start ordering.


2. Questions about your order? How do I cancel or change an order?
  • Please contact 1300-88-2525 and speak to our supervisors for any questions or changes concerning your order.

To cancel or change an order, you must contact 1300-88-2525 and speak to our supervisors. As with phone orders, it is important to notify the supervisors any changes to your order as soon as possible. Please note, we are unable to accept order changes or cancellations online or by e-mail.



3. How do I update my online ordering account information?
  • Go to Online Ordering page.
  • Sign in to your Online Ordering account.
  • Go to “My Profile" on the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  • Once you're in your account, you can edit user account information, such as name, password, email address and saved delivery locations.


4. What if I forgot my online ordering password?
  • Please click on the "forgot my password" link on the login page of online ordering and we'll e-mail your password back to you right away.
